Level 1 – Practitioner training
Training Scope:
The Practitioner Training includes a total of 106 hours of coursework, comprising:
7 days of intensive training (6 days in person and 1 online session via Zoom), with 8 hours per day, totaling 56 hours of hands-on practice.
50 hours of e-learning, which can be completed at a flexible pace with full instructor support.
The program combines intensive manual practice with comprehensive educational support, providing a strong foundation for mastering bodywork techniques.
During the training, participants will explore:
Massage techniques – learning and refining movements.
Proper posture – ergonomics and body positioning during massage.
Basic anatomy and physiology – understanding body structure and function (through discussions and e-learning materials).
6 intervention protocols – practical client treatment schemes (these are not therapeutic treatments).
Training Dates:
In-person training: September 28 - October 3, 2025 (mandatory attendance)
Online session (Zoom): October 26, 2025 (mandatory attendance)
Exam (Zoom): November 23, 2025
How to get there:
The training takes place in Genoa, Italy — a beautiful port city on the Ligurian coast. Genoa is served by Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport (GOA), which offers international connections.
You can also reach Genoa easily by train:
From Milan (approx. 2.5 hours by train), which has three major international airports: Malpensa (MXP), Linate (LIN), and Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY).
From Pisa in about 2.5 to 3 hours.
From Florence in approximately 3.5 hours.
Training Venue:
The training will take place at the Hotel NH Genova Centro, located at Via Martin Piaggio 11, Genova, Italy. The venue is distinguished by its charm, elegant interiors, and abundant natural light.
The hotel is situated in the central part of the city, within walking distance of Piazza Ferrari, the historic center (Centro Storico), and the Old Port. The area is surrounded by beautiful greenery and picturesque Italian streets, where you can enjoy delicious coffee, pasta, and pizza.
During the training, participants will be provided with:

The training will be conducted in English. If needed, the instructor can provide assistance in Polish and French.

The maximum number of participants is 8.
Instructor:
Monika Wieczorek – a physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience, an Ancestral Japanese Facelift specialist at the Takumi Finch Institute since 2021. She has completed advanced trainer training, earning the title of certified partner and international assistant at the Takumi Finch Institute.
Through her close collaboration with Sandrine Takumi Finch, Monika ensures the highest standard of training, comparable to courses offered in other countries.
Participant Qualification:
Admission to the course is based on the following criteria:
Professional experience (massage therapists, spa therapists, physiotherapists, osteopaths, estheticians, or individuals planning a career change).
Motivation and strengths of the candidate.
Alignment of values with the philosophy of the Takumi Finch Institute.
Openness to learning manual techniques.
Willingness to grow and develop together.

Instructional videos featuring techniques recorded by Takumi Finch (in English).

Preparatory materials for the Practitioner exam.

Additionally, participants will receive a training manual containing detailed technique descriptions, photos, and theoretical materials.

Upon successfully passing the exam, participants will receive a certificate of completion for Level 1 and the title of Kyokuté - Ancestral Japanese Facelift Practitioner from the Takumi Finch Institute. The certificate grants eligibility to continue learning at Level 2 – Kyokuté - Ancestral Japanese Facelift Specialist.

E-learning platform price: 580 EUR (to be purchased on the Takumi Finch website; the link will be sent after full payment for the in-person training is received).
